I Inherited a Forest

‘I Inherited a Forest’ is a carpet collection designed by one of Sweden’s most acclaimed designers, Monica Förster, in collaboration with us. This collection was unveiled during Stockholm Design Week 2024 and draws profound inspiration from Förster’s personal journey of inheriting a forest in northern Sweden, a region characterized by its untouched nature – marshes, lakes, forests, and mountains.

The collection translates the diverse landscapes of this area into tactile experiences through meticulously crafted carpets.

The collection is one of twelve winning works in Utmärkt Svensk Form 2025 (Excellent Swedish Design 2025).

This product is climate neutral.

Areas of use: Hotels, meeting areas/rooms and other public areas with normal traffic as well as residential areas: bedrooms, walk in closets, living rooms etc.
