Ogeborg launches wood fibre acoustic ceilings together with Aisti

In collaboration with Finnish company Aisti, we are introducing a new generation of wood fibre acoustic ceilings to the Swedish market.

The products are developed to meet today’s demands for both sound comfort and sustainability. Through a patented foam-forming technology, wood fibres and water are shaped into a lightweight and porous material with high sound absorption — entirely without plastic-based binders.

This offers an alternative to traditional acoustic solutions, with lower environmental impact and strong technical performance in terms of acoustics, fire safety and indoor climate.

– For us, this is a natural extension of our offering. We already work with interior surfaces and see a clear need to provide more complete solutions where the ceiling also becomes part of the overall interior, says Martin Pollak, Head of Sustainability at Ogeborg.

In connection with the launch, we are introducing the product through presentations for architects and other professionals within the construction and real estate industry.
