ODC Bevel Design: Luca Nichetto
Bevel is a hand tufted collection designed by Luca Nichetto. Growing up on the islands of Murano, Luca Nichetto was surrounded by the glass grinding.
Bevel is a hand-tufted rug that aims to transfer this process to entirely different materials. Strands of fabric of different lengths and hues are subjected to two separate shearing processes. As a result, the carpet’s colouration gains a subdued shading effect, revealing numerous gradations of colour, as well as recalling the layering of ground glass.

Bevel is made of Wool, Linen and Botanical silk. Every carpet contains 3 yarns/threads and has 3 different pile heights (12, 18, 25 mm) in different fields. Each field has one of the containing colours as a dominant colour.
Please observe: Slight variations might occur from dye lot to dye lot since Wool is a natural raw material. When an exact match of color is required, indications must be given to our customer service and that information must be included in the purchase order.
