I inherited a forest

‘I Inherited a Forest’ is a carpet collection designed by Monica Förster in collaboration with us, unveiled during Stockholm Design Week 2024. This collection draws profound inspiration from Förster’s personal journey of inheriting a forest in northern Sweden, a region characterized by its untouched nature – marshes, lakes, forests, and mountains.

The collection translates the diverse landscapes of this area into tactile experiences through meticulously crafted carpets.
